Woodsboro Bank Arena

The Woodsboro Bank Arena is home to Hood's volleyball and women's and men's basketball teams. Admission to athletic contests in the Woodsboro Bank Arena is free for all fans. The arena is situated within the Hood Athletic Center, completed in November 2011, local firms Warner Construction and Zavos Architecture + Design. The facility is a  41,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art multipurpose structure, which includes the 1,600-seat Woodsboro Bank Arena (with space for 500 additional floor-level seats), an observation deck, a two-level fitness center and cardio room, an athletic training room, locker rooms, an athletic hall of fame recognition display, a concession area, a hospitality and meeting room and office spaces.

Hood Athletic Center

Completed in November 2011, local firms Warner Construction and Zavos Architecture + Design teamed up to construct the 41,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art multipurpose Hood Athletic Center, which includes the 1,600-seat Woodsboro Bank Arena (with space for 500 additional floor-level seats), an observation deck, a two-level fitness center and cardio room, an athletic training room, locker rooms, an athletic hall of fame recognition display, a concession area, a hospitality and meeting room and office spaces.

Directions To Woodsboro Bank Arena & Hood Athletic Center

From Rte. 15 North/South exit at #15 7th Street. Make a left onto 7th Street and follow for 0.3 miles. Turn right on Magnolia Avenue and proceed to the entrance to campus on your left. Bear left onto Blazer Trail Drive and the facility will be on your left. Parking is available behind the Hood Athletic Center or at any of the marked parking lots as noted on the campus map.
